With these challenges, there’s a clear need for a platform that simplifies the ordering process while providing transparent, up-to-date information to help crews make smarter decisions at sea.

Gateway is an all-in-one platform designed to make ordering and managing supplies on ships easier and more efficient. It gives captains and chefs access to important data like stock levels and pricing so they can make better decisions while at sea.


Role:
UX lead, performance analysis, business requirements workshops, ways of working, UX user flows and wireframes, A/B testing, design system cadence


Impacts:
969 vessels have signed up to Gateway. Customer relationship managers saw a 20% increase in efficiency across key tasks due to a reduction of manually reliant processes during the order flow.
